Google Adsense For Bloggers Bad ???
Google Adsense For Bloggers: Why It Doesn't Work...For Everyone
I've been spouting off about this topic all week. This is my final explanation on the topic. Much has been made about how Google Adsense is the best monetization method for blogs, when in fact it’s not. Sure, the 99.9% of blogs who generate thousands of page views a day can earn decent revenue with Adsense. However, the reality is that the majority of blogs do not generate enough page views to make significant income. The key phrase is ‘significant income’. Yes, you CAN earn money with Adsense on your blog. The question is if it is worth it (not really), and are there better ways to earn (yes). PaidContent.org has reported that Weblogs Inc, the largest publisher of professional blogs, earns $600 total per day from all of its 70 blogs. Darren Rowse of ProBlogger.net points out that with 70 blogs in their stable, that only comes out to $8.50 a day per blog. eeek, read this part...
The next part is hard, because we need to know how much exactly you are getting paid for clicks, but Google states on their website that “we don't disclose the exact revenue share.” So let’s make up a rather high number and say you get 20%, which again, for argument’s sake, let’s make a rather high number again and call it 10 cents. All that being said, here’s the calculation: 10% click through rate (1000 page views) = 100 clicks 20% share of click rate (10 cents a click) = 2 cents a click __________________

 Not sure what this proves. Surely their blog has more ads than just adsense? __________________

non disclosure is one of the reasons I don't like adsense..but hey,its making good money for some peeps...

I've been thinking of putting it up but have been hesitant to do so. I've heard mixed theories on it and on commission junction I guess I should just get off my ass and put them both up on my blog in hopes of making at least some money instead of having them running for free LOL

IMO it's fine to use Adsense on your blog, just don't make it the main or even only form of advertising/income you're doing.

If that is all they are making per day, they don't know what the fuck they are doing ...
I make ¼ what they do, with only 5 sites ... go figure! ADSENSE is one of my best sponsors BTW __________________
