Overture minimum bid

I checked overture bid tool for some keywords. Many ads says, the advertisers maximum bid is $0.05. But overture's signup page says, the minimum bid starts at $0.1. So how is it possible to set maximum bid as $0.05?

I think minimum bid is 10 cents now, i guess 0.05 bids are old Campaigns still running

Correct, they have inherit lower bids. You can even find bids for 1-2 cents for low competition keywords...Lucky webmasters

I remember that a year ago minimum bid was 5 cents. They increased bid now.
