can i advertise on google adwords for a gambling site ? witch "niches" aren't allowed on adwords ?

I know that you can't advertise google on gambling sites.

adwords, overture, and others ban gambling sites. The pay-per-clicks that do allow it suck bigtime, i've tried them.
