I have no problem to believe this. Read the SuperAffiliate Handbook from Rosalind Gardner and you will have lots of sudden inspiration what to do next.
I bought her eBook 2003 and still recommend it (there is a free 2005 update, 273 pages all in all).

No problem, IMHO the top two persons in affiliate marketing are Rosalind Gardner and Corey Rudl (RIP). My goal is to earn 10k a month from mainstream affiliate programs and I'm on the way

I'm a adult webmaster since the golden years (1997) and I've learned that mainstream business is not the same like the adult business.

It's much easier today (for me) to earn money from mainstream websites, because there is so much free adult content out there.
Example: Google Adsense pays me up to $1.50 for a single click, if anyone knows an adult partner program paying such a high commission let me know

And I also know that keyphrases out there paying up to $8.00 for a single click (in the german market).

Sort of false allround, while a lead maybe free a user still has to enter in a lot of details for you to make $$$ especially with cj.com type general sites and its one of the most competitive markets online [IE] traffic is very hard work to get and keep as most of these loan companies/ banks have very big budgets and aggressively play the seo market themselves, which makes it extremely hard for an individual to scale any network of sites.

CJ would be one of the worst preforming ad networks for loans leads however its a great place to start, anyone doing good numbers is head hunted by much better companies paying more and converting more easy, so why is this guy still with cj.com? At any rate for me, I find you can make 5x just by running AdSense as its a lot easier to get someone to click on a link than sign up to a form.

To me if Mr Mook is making that kinda money on cj.com on loans he's a fool to start with.

You are right about this there is no reason to post how much you make, but it is motivating If you see someone making 80k in two months.
