Its my experience that 'banner exchanges' do not produce quality traffic.
You would be much better off looking in Google, MSN, and Yahoo for similarly-themed sites to yours, and email the webmaster/administrator requesting a text link exchange. Just my  FF What type of sites do you have bill? I may be interested in exchanging some links admin@ceweblogs.com __________________

Yes, I concure with FF; I've never had any good experience with banner exchanges, weather they are adult or non adult. You'll do much better looking for regular link trades, link lists and toplists.
