On the hosting plan that i have for my adult sites i have room to add another domain so i want to use it for a mainstream site that im working on. Would adwords see a problem with this as my mainstream domain would become a sub domain of an adult site.

I have mainstream addon domains on hosting where is main site adult.
Not sure for Adwords 100%, you can ask them but i think no problemos!

You really want to put your mainstream site on its own IP or in another account entirely. It won't matter who it's hosted with, but it will matter what kind of sites it's hosted with. People love to do whois lookups and reverse IP lookups and if they see your mainstream site sitting alongside adult sites, they'll.... well, let's just say it would be like if your whole neighborhood found out you were doing adult sites. Ostracizing would occur.
It would be the same thing with your mainstream site if it ever got big enough to attract the attention of people, and one of them was curious enough about you and the site to use reverse IP.
