A guy was prosecuted recently, and he lost all his domains and revenue because he was using the word "tesco" in his domains.

Vioxx is a trademarked name. If I linked to that site, I could be guilty of contributary trademark infringement and have to repay any income earned and they'd probably come after me for treble damages.
When that C&D letter arrives, it can cause you to shit in your pants. __________________
