I'm selling the site prxz.com. Site is running PHProxy. Very memorable domain for a web based proxy.

Adsense earnings for the last 30 days is as follows:
prxz. com 1,196(imp) 15(clicks) 1.25%(CTR) $2.39(eCPM) $2.86(earnings)

I haven't promoted the domain other then on a few linkdumps here and there.

Current offer is $200. ICQ is 1183251 if you want to make a counter-offer.

Well it works nicely, but I'd never run a proxy on my servers, too many illegal things can be done using them...

And you want 70 times the current monthly income for it?

Personally I would not run AdSense on a domain with proxy terms, and linkage like this:

http://www.google.com/search?num=100...%22prxz.com%22

Having the proxy part incorporated in to a larger domain could work more safely, but I'd rather do it on a clean domain. I'm not trying to blow your sale just to protect the buyer.
