Promoting luxury goods

Hey guys, I usually post in the adult section, but I had a question for you mainstreamers; are there any of you that use CJ or another site to promote luxury goods?

I am going to be mixing mainstream and softcore adult on my blog/directory not unlike playboy does with it's magazine,and my theme is extreme hedonism and that includes luxury goods.

I'll sign up under you if we have a match.

any help is greatly appreciated, thanks guys.

I would be putting all your non adult stuff on its own domain name, and very carefully linking to it from your adult stuff, softcore or not.

What makes you say that?

I have a site that is quite unlike anything out there, I need to promote it differently as well.I'm not thinking of selling bible study materials or anything, just luxury oriented goods.

I fully intend on branding the site, so having another domain to use for the non-adult products might not work as well.

I would show the site to any non adult sponsors you wish to use then and let them make the call.

I would be very careful with that type of site ... probably some mainstream sponsors would not like that idea of mixing their products or services with adult content ...

If you're looking for sponsors, CJ is good idea ... I personally work with LinkShare which is also big network ...

I don't work with luxury products but work with Linkshare and they manage a lot of companies and I'm sure you could find something for yourself there ...

clickXchange doesn't have nearly the number of advertisers as CJ, BF,or Linkshare but they do have advertisers that work with adult and soft porn. The advertisers visit each site and make a decision.

If you sign up there be as decriptive as possible about your site and your intentions. I've had it take up to 2 weeks for certain advertisers to accept (or reject).
