Can I put all my mainstream sites under one publisher account?

If i sign up to adsense, adwords, CJ etc.. is it possible to have just the one account? And make campaigns like in Adult?

I would like one account which i can track easily over say 3 or 4 sites to begin with, expanding when i start to make something

You can with adsense, not sure about others, but I can't see why not

Yes most ad networks you can do that now. Adsense and CJ you can.
