I used to use them pretty much a while ago, they work but for a good one you need to pre-register with all the sites beforehand, and enter all your usernames in the client program, it works pretty effectively in mainstream but im not sure of the Adult side of it as i know some places dont allow Adult

Expect targeted traffic, it converts pretty nicely, and if you use nice links in your articles you can expect a lot of great backlinks too. That was my main purpose of using it.
Its not just the article sites that will backlink you though, many sites use RSS feeds to feed there site with content, so your Articles will be relayed everywhere __________________

Bald is right. Have someone do it manually and you'll see some decent results. I tried one article submission service, but I have to be patient to see if actullay works.
