Bwin or gamebookers affiliate programs?

I was notice this two betting programs have biggest offer,so i conlude they are best.But not yet sure which one to promote,bwin have 25% affiliate commision and gamebookers have 20%.Which one to pick?

I have 13 ref. under me and one activated at gamebookers reffer a friend, but no money for me!

Gamebookers is out.The thing is i want to reffer my brother which spend a lot of money on betting so i would then earn nice money

But the problem is we use same internet connection and it seems gamebookers doesnt like that.Now i sended question to bwin to see what will they say about this.
