Ok, blew away $4,95 on 1k uniques....

Strange things happened. As far as I can calculate, I did net get 1k unique's but 837, including the regular visitors. HAve to ask them what's up with that...

Did not get any sale out of it, but I learned a lot! So that's a good thing... Worth the investment i'd say..

What did I learn? My teen site sucks..

Having a look at where the visitors came from opened my eyes. The site needs rework. But hey, I'm a newbie it's allowed to make mistakes. Working hard on a new site now..

Learned some more on SEO also, so that's also a good thing!

Actually, there will ALWAYS be a discrepancy between hits sent and hits counted by the receiving parts. Ask anyone who's been trading traffic for a while and they'll tell you that what one trade script counts as sent, the receiving trade script will likely count only 80-90% of it. If you also use a third-party webcounter, such as extreme counter or whatever, which relies on the visitors loading a remote image (hosted on the counter service's server) then you're very likely to see even less received.

To be on the clear side, it was not an attack, I was just wondering about it..

I was happy with the traffic although i did not made a sale off of it. As I said I learned a lot..

Will be buying more in the future...

So true. One of my trades get about 600 hits a day from me but always sends in 400 or so ... but he matches it hit for hit. It's the discrepancy between scripts.

On another I send him 300 and he sends me 60 or so, yet in HIS script, it shows he sends me 300.

Depends on the type of traffic you want and how much money you have to spend. Our traffic ranges from $1.50/K to $5.50/K, depending of type, country, quality and so on.

Having a little problem getting it to locate my link back to you also I am using a godaddy domain forward since I have 1 hosting account and many domains and with using that it can't seem to find the link which is on the main frontpage of the site.
