I run a PPC SE and sell clicked search traffic, not fake tgp skim. If you're not getting any clicks then use the research tool in your account area and check the terms you've placed bids on. Chances are that those are getting few searches and therefor you're not getting any clicks.
Also, if you only picked a few countries to get traffic from, that will decrease your clicks as well.

Feel free to add more terms if you like. You only pay for the clickthroughs so you have nothing to loose.
