Account blocked at netpond cash

I sent the following support request on 1/7, I got an auto reply but it didnt unblock the account just resent the blocked user/password.

My account at netpond cash seems to have been blocked for too many log in failures.

Please could you reset it, acc no 37302.

I think the log in errors may be because I have two accounts - one pre beta brigade and then another after beta brigade, and getting the two accounts mixed up.

Is it possible to merge the two accounts - the main one I use is the beta brigade account above, but I still have links live to account 36893

Also I have never been able to add netpond cash to Stats Remote, any ideas on how to achieve this?

I'm not sure what exactly your problem was but there are two ways to do this:
1.) Select 'Netpond Cash' as program type.
2.) Select 'VXS Bill Affiliate' as program type and select 'USD' as sub type.
