Got payment from Netpond Cash but don't understand it...??

I just saw that I got payment from epassporte account jcf2311 which seems to be Netpond Cash epass account... the sum that I've got paid is a little weird to me and can't connect it with my account and I'm not sure if that's NPC payment or CU payment... CU stats shows different amount to be payed and NPC statements are something I don't clearly understand...

Who is the right person to contact to make this clear to me?
