i'm in the mood of sharing things i find interesting today, so here's another cool thing.. it's a post i found regarding how colors affect the ways surfers react:

I always thought blue was good for sales as its supposed to be a "cool" color and keep the viewer "tranquil"

i've heard the same when keeping people calm (blue or pink), and i've also taken noticed that sales signs are always in "red"... that sense of urgency to get it before it's gone.

there may be a method to this madness of marketing

I usually base my color choice on what I am trying to sell. For my sissy sites I use lavenders and pinks (Girly colors) for my own stuff because its goth I use either reds, black, blues or darker shades of blues and purples. Though that is an interesting read. I have it bookmarked.

Too much material on this type of thing as I heard RED good for sales and BLUE terrible.

Make your link colors clash with the webpage and you will get more clicks. Primary colors are good, I like them to change from red to green via css on hover.
