Sony H2.. its meant to be the highest in the amateur range without needing to go slr.

As Sony use Carl Zeiss lenses they reduce glare & make a fantastic picture.

I don't shoot content either but I do love my camera. I had the Casio Exilim (which does excellent video with great audio capture) but that got ruined cause they made everything so tiny that it eventually basically crumbled.

Now I use a bulkier and slightly higher quality Fujifilm s700 which I love.. does same quality video at 640x480 but with half the audio quality pictures are awesome though. Best with natural sunlight.

Morphina, as said already, i use the H2 also as it has a good lens for nice colour pics.

A little tip... If you set it to sport, high speed shutter, or manual exposures, then set it to close the shutter faster you wont need to worry about anti shake etc... but do have good lighting.

You dont get any glare, but the action is not blurred.

Hi everybody, new here and this is my first post on the photography forum, so thought this would be a good place to start. I use Nikon D300 with

I have also just got a Canon HV-20 with an Azden mic that I get to try out tomorrow. I'm hoping that by shooting in a progressive mode I can get frame captures good enough to use as stills. The HV-20 is replacing a Xacti hybrid that I was doing the video on, that one was surprisingly good for under $200, but the video is 640x480 and difficult to work with.
