I love Canon. I myself have a 40D. Its easy to use, nice size, wieght and its not bulky for what type of camera it is. It fits in my hands wonderful and theres a very wide variety of lenses and such to go with it.

I will have to choose the Nikon...if for no other reason I own a AF-50mm f-1.8D lens.
