I'm pretty new to this so I have few questions I'd appreciate if any of you has time to answer those.

What you guys do with your photos?you sell them?or you use them on your pay site?or both?

If you sell then where and how much an average gallery brings in?

I only shoot for my sites. Galleries are all over the place. Depends if they are exclusive or non exclusive. If they are non exclusive, how worn out are they? Look around various content providers and check out their prices. Its hard to make a living shooting and selling content, I will warn you.

Now that was my first idea too but I looked around and buying the content is so much cheaper, hard to believe exclusivity makes it all up.

Is it a bad idea to shoot for my site and sell too?

I am shooting for my site, but if I can sell a few sets on the side, that helps out.
Also, some content is extremely hard to find unless you shoot it yourself... in my case F/m spanking, it is not possible to find content that I would be willing to buy, so have to produce it. If I can shoot a little something else at the same time then it helps keep my production costs down.

Galleries to me implies tgp galleries, and this sort of content is normally sold in larger sets. Looking around at the various content available on forums and at content brokerages and producers would give you an idea for the going rate for a type of content and niche. All I can say about who I personally sell to is that it is a private matter- ie I don't go through a brokerage.

I have stacks of content that you could use free to prvide for a whole site without a members area then send them into mine...
