One Of My Fuckups

I was digging through a few old pictures that other day and found this one - I just about deleted it before looking closer - and deciding it wasn't all that bad.... It's now my desktop wallpaper.

I was taking night pictures of my tipi on Fountain Creek just south of Colorado Springs. I had waded into the creek and set my tripod on a sandbank that was about a foot below the water's surface. I opened the shutter - than accidentally kicked the tripod at about the 7 second mark nearly sending the camera into the river.

The only adjustments to the image was the brightness using the adobe raw converter.
