Problems getting paid..

Hi,

I sell UK amateur pics on video content through Rock Bottom Content • Affordable Cheap Adult Content

Anyone else dealing with them and getting shafted on payment? The guy isn't replying to messages and the once fairly good service he offered has gone through the floor.

Which email did you try to contact him through? I know that he has recently moved into a new house, and is probably still a little behind on email replies.

I replied to rbc@rockbottoncontent.com, Ive mailed a guy who's details are also on the site and Ive sent Stuart a message on his ICQ.
His homepage says they offer "stellar service.."
Trust me , he doesn't. I just want paying up and my content off there.
If you have another contact e-mail for him then please feel free to drop hima line. Paying people is 2 clicks on a mouse. Its bad service wether he's moving house, washing his dog or whatever..

There isn't another side to this story my friend. Its cut and dried. Ive been mailing him for 3 weeks and not yet had a reply.
He currently has 100% of the money that gets split 50/50..
if it was the first time this has happened etc etc, but it isn't. Hence Ive asked him to pay me up and get me off his site.

The site is still up and running. You can still buy content on there. I'm selling my content elsewhere anyway but that's not the point.
People on here seem to know the guy, maybe if his payment terms get slagged he'll actually send me my share!

I have talked to Stuart, and he is going to be rectifying the situation asap.
He has been in and out of the hospital lately, with some serious medical issues, none of which I will go into detail about. But, needless to say, he is still a great guy and business man and one "bad" situation should make no one think twice about working with him.

Well I finally got paid...less a chunk of what Stuart called "his admin fee"

Nope, by his own admission he just pulled a figure from thin air and took it off the amount he owed me. The last lot of content I sent him took him 4 1/2 months to upload then he knocks me with a termination fee (Ive left because of his not-so-stellar-service) because I'm fed up of waiting to get paid.

Tell you what, I will add ALL your content back on the site and offer it as a super special package ALL for only $1 then hit every fucking webmaster board to dilute the value of it. Read the contract. Don’t be a petty minded prick and just let it go. I could have added a more substantial termination fee just quit while you are ahead and go back to Spain since you evidently need another vacation

Your not alone - he is rude to customers who buy content there also and make the mistake of asking a question.

I personally have never bought content there but one of my friends and the model contacted her and was FREAKING... She told the model she had the release and to call him - he sent a torrent of nasty emails to my friend.

Sorry that happened to you, but usually your first loss is your best loss.
