Does CAPPING your keyword make a difference?

I just wanted to ask and see but I was curious as I am working and have been working on a blog, and want to know if it really matters if you CAP your keyword that your targeting for SEO? I'm sure it doesn't.. but could be wrong, thought I'd ask. Thanks

as far as I know it doesn't matter because they consider the word, not the structure of it imho

Depends on the SE Jake22. Case doesn't seem to make much difference to Google. They (G) still cling to treating plurals differently though.

cat, cats, cat's all produce quite different results. That being said, the plurals should be considered for your primary kw.

That's today ... it will probably be different 6 months from now.

i would imagine se's lower all text, and also, now that case can be changed with css, it's another reason to lower the text

Caps don't matter and I have seen this asked on a number of different boards.

okay thanks to everyone who replied in this thread, another question I had was.. what would be considered spamming the SE?? if your targeting a keyword and you make LOTS of post your gonna want that keyword in each post, whats the percentage you would like to use your keyword in the whole site? Or does that really matter that much as long as you dont put hide it and use it like 1000 times in arow?

Yup, I think thats correct after doing some research.
nevermind thats was wrong, there are top page sites on google with over 8%
