What about traffic in these days?

I and some friends of mine see, that google traffic got very low starting from march 19. i get 50% less traffic in these days, what about you? i heard google made some 'safe search' which can be switched off, but it prevents children and other people from seeing p0rn if they do not know how to turn off 'safe search'.

really? I always assumed google safe search was just for images but now I see It affects all searches, interestingly it's on "Use moderate filtering (Filter explicit images only - default behavior)" to begin with which affects image searches only, so nothing has changed as far as I can tell.

Here's tip that will save you a lot of time. Traffic goes up and down.

Keep building and don't worry about traffic. It's a waste of time.

My google image traffic has increased constantly over time. There are some days where its down and other days when its up. But in general its constant, so it never really bothers me.

hmm, I do not write image titles, but my traffic is down for some reason. Maby BadWolf said well that I have not to worry about it.

Image titles is really helpful in terms of image search. I have a blog on which the traffic comes mostly on the google image search.

Well, just like what BadWolf said, traffic goes up and down.

Focus more on how you will gain traffic. Good luck then.

When I say don't worry about traffic, I don't mean ignore it completely. If your traffic goes way down and stays there you have to act. What I do mean is don't worry about every little traffic spike or dip.

Image traffic doesn't convert that well, it's true. However, there are various ways to make use of any traffic.

I've got a blog that gets image traffic ONLY and it converts 1:700.

I sure wish my statcounter and/or google analytics could tell me what the keywords for those image searches were...

But the search URL displayed in the stats is just too damned long and it's cut off at 150 chars.

Anybody else have (a solution for) this problem?

It won't give you conversion for sure. That's why you should focus more on getting organic traffic rather than the images.

I use extremtracker on some of my blogs. It shows every keyword whether it was on google organic, yahoo or google images. Try it if you like.
