How to link a blog network together

I am compeltely new to SEO, but I would like to go about this right the first time

I have a domain with about 10 blogs on it now, all powered via wordpress mu, and are all active. As of now, I am not doing anything with the actual main domain yet, all these blogs are subdomains

I guess my thought is which of the below is better, or is there another option that is more useful then these?

Option A: Build a page on the main domain which links to all the sub-blogs. In this case, would it better to link both ways, or just the one way from main blog to sub blogs?

Option B: Link sub-blog a to sub-blog b, which links to sub-blog c.. and so on, creating a ring like linking structure. Would this actually be useful?

Or should I just keep them all seperate?

get 10 more domains with 10 more subdirectories each ?? will that be better

Linking them to a hub or other main site is for sure a good idea. Linking them all together is too, but I`m not sure what would be best way to do this.

I think your better of getting a few more domains, and linking to them rather than just interlinking all your subdomains together. For example get three domains, link domain 1 to domain 2 to domain 3, gives you lots of flexibility and also means its less likely that search engines will class all your subdomains as related.

Alternatively do some hardlink trades with other sites.

Use your main site blog as a feeder site and filter your traffic down to your niche blogs.

I'd also build more niche blogs and link niche blog to niche blog. You can use multiple domains.

You can also build some micro-niche blogs and link them from your more general niche blogs.

Example:
shemalesex.site.com links to blackshemales.domain.com

You can try linking your niche blogs back to the main blogs but I really don't see the point. You always want to filter your traffic down, not up.

Yea, I think I will use root of the domain to link to these more general niche blogs, and then from the general niche blogs link down to more specific niche blogs. Should keep me busy enough

my main blog is auto-magic-ly linked to by the sub blogs in the footer.

Thats how it worked out of the box.
