I found a chinese gov site that you can add your links on,
The only thing is it's been spammed cause of it, would it still be worth to add your link to it, or would google see all the other spammy links and catch on and rate your site based on that.?

Or Would It? huh? No it worked it out before the first spam site ever posted there. That would be my guess in 2008
 Google is not the only engine though and apparently incoming links cant hurt you otherwise your competition would just spam away with your domain. SO I guess it can't hurt but it might not do any good either. If your site has limited incoming links already then I would steer right away from it. __________________
