In a word No.

Every service they list is available for free... and probably what they use once you pay them.

I'd agree, not worth the money at all.

The monthly submission to the SEs can actually harm you. Plus, they already know if you exist if you have at least one inbound link.

The rest you can do for yourself in about 30 minutes.

Rather do it yourself or if you don't have the time find someone who knows what they are doing. And don't believe everything you read. Its a whole lot simpler than it appears to be at first. It just takes time and experience, that's all.
