Updated part of my http://www.htmltricks.com/ site and here is something you can use: (from http://www.htmltricks.com/submit-to-search-engines.htm ) (each addurl page will open in a new window so you just click on it submit and when done close again and go to the next one)

If anybody has more good SE addurl's to add to this list pls post em here

thx and we can make this thread a onestop shop if you want to submit a new site.

Remember do, the main SE's like google, yahoo and MSN will find you anyway if ya linked up already somewhere on a page thats indexed already, I personally don't submit to those anymore. (Only use em when ya have no incoming links yet)

Are their any negative consequences to submitting a url to SEs that are already spidering your site?

yes carpal tunnel syndrome

Dont see any reason to repeat a susmission when ya already get spiderd, it might not do harm do if ya by mistake resubmit a site twice, but if ya do it to often it might raise a red flag.

Thanks. My right wrist is already sore after a night of updates etc. Good to know I can avoid the extra work.
