Anyone good with google thats around?

I need some help and pointers with this site: www.nudecelebrityblog.com
It's a PR4 blog that has been around for about 1 year and is reciving 0 google search traffic. It's really pissing me off. Any help is highly appreciated

you did anything with over optimizing or dupe content?
Did you properly set meta tags for the spider robots?

I have a few pr 4 in the same boat and my best guess is overoptimizing.

The problem with PR is it doesn't mean jack shit, I have PR5 sites that get zero SE traffic and PR0 sites that do quite well in the SE's

I know how PR works, I only mentioned it since it should mean it's not banned from google right?

The things that this analyer commented on was deprecated html, improper use of tables and inline styles, all of them mostly about page size and speed. I got a score of 65.
