Hi folks, I think the rule is if they don't communicate for more than 48 hours your fucked! But there are exceptions. Although none spring to mind.....

48 hours is a good rule of thumb IMO... especially if it's affiliate issue. If it's a tech one, I think it should be considerably less.

This one is an advertising issue so I'm being quite lenient here. I've sent them another email and an ICQ. I'm surprised that no one has stepped into this thread on behalf of ********cash... surely someone knows them and/or cares??

I'm a patient guy but it's wearing thin...

Hi LAJ, You would think, but I have had to wait 48hr for tech support. I just had a really horrible thought, they haven't folded their tent and disappeared into the night, have they? Have you tried their landline number and their cell phone?

Nope. They owe Netpond a low 4-figure number which in the grand scheme of things isn't much but its the principal. I wonder if they tried paying but their payment never made it thru.
