I can very easily prove that I paid for traffic. It would, however, seem to me that the burden of proving he delivered it would be on him. How would you suggest I go about proving I didn't get something?

i'm not quite sure in what legal system you live in. modern civilized societies tend to agree though that you have to prove someone is guilty, and not the accused one having to prove he isn't guilty.

as a hint what you could provide that you didn't get anything: server stats.

and that's about as much of a comment i'm going to share on it. wise people have made decisons in this case already, i'm gonna watch it all unfold now.

I think this would likely fall under the heading of a civil issue, rather than a criminal one, which does somewhat shift things. However, all that is necessary is for Meat or Aga to request any documention and it will be given to them.

I would like to publicly thank the 5 of you who contacted me in private to give me feedback on the traffic you had bought, and warn me not to buy traffic for various reasons.

I am the kind to spend $5k on a traffic order, and that could have just as easily been me tackling the posibility of an unplesant tax writeoff.

I feel sorry for some of you guys who have been stuck with unfilled orders, and if theres anything I can do to help you get your traffic networks up (hardlink trades with some of my sites etc), let me know and i will see what I can do to help.

I just don't see what the issue is in asking people to give a little evidence of their claim, that's all.

In the case of a $4800 wire, just Ricardo's bank information would help and could be confirmed.

No one is saying anything about not believing anyone...so it shouldn't be a problem to provide that.

an admin should compare Jigsaw IP to RicardoB's IP. See if they are the same or similar. Its over a long period of time so they could have changed though

Traffic I get is good.
Do you all forget the troubles he had about his GF?

He does what he promised to me, and maybe he needed a break( I for sure can understand that)
