Beta Brigade Vrs The Pond

I am a member of BB, I have only been a member for a short time. I love how everything on BB works but here is my complaint. I can post a message on the Pond and usually have a response in about 10 to 30 minutes. I have found that on BB it takes them a while to get back to you. By a while I meen I sent an email out 4 days ago to one of my sgts, and I have yet to recieve a response, I didn't want to be rude but I think I am going to send an email to them again and make sure they got my first email.

Zrow, that is the thing to do. Just resend it..There are more members then we have People in charge . SO the work gets distributed among these ones. I understand how exasperating it can be when you want a reply..I have been over to your platoon and I don't see but one person posting messages over there. Do you know how to get to all the message boards within your platooon? Do you know how to get around the Platoon in all the various places? I will be around to help you out as much as possible.

yea, I can get to all the boards, I just love the pond. If I have really important things I can't understand I post on the pond and BB.

That way I always get a response fast.

for fast response in BB best post on the alpha board thats where most of us hang out.

E-mails sometimes get lost in the flood of spam, I get over 200 mails a day and just delete all I dont recognize.

For some reason my email bb email isnt working, it wont send me an email, but its not bounceing them either. There are over 7 ways to contact me, I have 2 email address, yahoo, and icq, the msg system in bb, and also my cell phone has a msging system on it. There is also the msg board inside bb itself. If you try to contact me one way and havent gotten a responce, try another.. I am on this computer everyday. i run this way. check my email, check my bb msgs, check bb msg boards, turn on yahoo, turn on icq. my cell phone is with me all the time. It doesnt bother me if you use its msging system, thats what its there for..

Yeah Sleazybear is usually back to me in the hour.

Sometimes I wonder if the guy gets any sleep, because he always seems to be online and within reach. BB is also very quick to respond, so I haven't had that problem Zrow.

Zrow the best way to catch me is ICQ: 661991. I'm always invisible so just send me a note and if I'm at my desk, I'll answer.
My computer stays on 24/7 so I have to leave the ICQ on invisible or people think I'm ignoring them when I'm actually just AFK.

Ooh Haui that reminds me - another tweak to the BB system - a pop-up when we log in that tells us if we've got new messages in our Message Center.

I signed up with BB a couple of days ago, replied to the confirm email but haven't gotten my login info.
