Do you use affiliate programs more that....

Just wondering i think its a nice idea and comes in quite handy.

But affiliate programs that email you new links, galleries and other nice email when its released comes in useful. Fresh galleries that i can promote with my affiliate links already in it!

Its great i tend to promote them more, because the second they come in i add the content

Does anyone else do this or think its a good feature for an affiliate program?

It's a good feature if you can choose to turn it off and not get those e-mails.

I love sponsors that send a ~weekly email containing a list of new content sets, new FHGs, etc...

Not really, on my blogs i got a lot of SE users so they (i think) haven't seen any of those galleries before..

If it's a well laid out text link, then I read it and use the links.

If it's full of html and graphics/banners or even images. then I just delete it without reading it, and I plan to read the info next time I visit the site (but I often forget ).

Not bad feature, but as Kamilla said, its even nicer if you have an option to turn it off if you dont like it.

I like it. It makes life much easier for me since I don't have to constantly check each affiliate site to see if new content was added.

True having the ability to turn it off helps but most i get are not too much spammy and often so its nice

Not really cause I'm checking the sponsors 1 2 times a week.
