mate, you got to many 140 x 100 images leading to sponsors FHG all over the place, surrounding the toplist table from above and sides - it's a huge distraction from the toplist listings... the hits in / out ratio can't be reasonable that way.

I have to agree, I would not trade quality traffic to that site. Its just way too ad heavy. The toplists I deal with on my blog typically run my banner and have relatively few links to sponsors.
