I'm sorry if the hentai I'm offering doesn't have a license because they are doujins (which means, fans parodies and they shouldn't be available for sale in the first place) disturbs you. As a mater of fact, a lot of hentai paysites use works based on intellectual proprieties without a proper license, such as Hentai Kid's website which I saw a few parodies of some Street Fighter characters.

Anyway, I only offer those downloads on my hentai blogs for free (and only japanese mangas, I don't touch others) because there's almost no content for those niches, I already used proper promo content from sponsors with links to each correspondent paysite.
A lot of paysites do the same thing (put stolen hentai movies/doujins/xxx mangas in there members area), and they even charge money for it. A few only license them (and they are usually all the same content).

I don't do this kind of shit in other niches.

It's still legally dubious what you are doing. You are using intellectual propriety likeness to earn money. When did you paid royalties to Capcom for your use of Cammy's likeness?

The mangas I post are not published in America nor Europe, they are all japan exclusive. They are rare mangas, they don't usually pass the Japan fronter, so it's pretty hard to license them.
Anime hentai is not a niche like the rest of porn, it's different.
It's destined to hardcore otakus. I'm doing this for the long term and if I want to keep my visitors coming to those blogs it's better doing this that making a splog with crappy ass content drawings made by shitty artists.
The hardcore otakus are the same crown that popularized p2p technologies that everyone in this board hates:
eMule, Bittorrent, etc.
Why?
Because they can't get their anime fix legally and easilly, they have to download them from Japan and they even do a fandub/sub translation, and it's legal unless they start charging money of that or the anime series in question is licensed in the USA (which happens but not very often).

I'm not charging any money for those mangas because if I did, that would be really stealing (and illegal). All those mangas are rare and only available on the internet, you can't buy them easily outside of Japan.
If there was a better way to get GOOD content (not overused MMG studio's crap) with proper license, I would use it, but there is not, ask any REAL hentai webmaster. And sorry if you don't like the way I do it using webtools that are usually used to steal real XXX licensed content, but that's how it works in the hentai world and I'm not doing this for charity.
I know worse offenders who steal licensed hentai movies and publish them for free.

It's true that piracy is rampant, unfortunately probably even Rogue has pirated content up because some sponsors offer stuff they don't own rights to as promo content/hosted galleries.

I see this shit on a daily basis, so it's nice to see someone else is aware of it too.

Just tell me what files I did infringed with proof from the publisher who own the rights in USA and I will remove them without any problem.

It is as much legal as you ripping off trademarked characters in the USA and charging people to see it.

I'm earning from the ads without charging the visitors any cent.
I'm not doing this for charity, but also I'm not going to ask money to my users for something that doesn't belong properly to me, as they do a LOT of hentai paysites

you are using usercash and depositfiles to host the images and zips. both pay out for using their services. so although you are not charging the surfers you are still getting paid for giving away stuff that you do not have the right to do so. how US law has anything to do with this i dunno as you have stolen the content from some japanese bloke and (according to your profile) live in Argentina.

Those rare mangas I post have NO legal right nowhere else than Japan (even some of them are illegal in their own country for the use of spoofing copyrighted characters). They are found very easily in big imagechans such as 4chan.

That's how the hentai niche works, I suggest you to do some research about it.
It's a different target audience, it's not your normal demographic.
They want their shit free and to retain the traffic you have to do this, on this subniche.

If you want to keep bashing me, do it so via PM, this is getting annoying and childish. Just because I'm using usercash and depositfiles doesn't mean I'm stealing content from your affiliate program, and I'm not also a big pusher of them.
