Sites submitted with recips (premium) are placed above those submitted without recips. They also receive preferential treatment in search results. In addition to that featured listings on the directory homepage are randomly chosen from premium listings only.

Is my curser really that annoying? I've always been rather fond of it.

I guess part of my annoyance is that I don't have a clue what in the world it is. I also kind of see it as a distraction for visitors, which is something you don't really want on your site. I feel as though it would be better suited for a mainstream site

Have to agree with Kaz, i was going to add a couple of sites put that thing following the mouse pointer just pissed me off too much so I came out...
