new (6 months) clean PR4 site with 2 spots in dmoz(third is coming soon), almost no outbound links

#my offer:
will put up to 5 hardlinks on the main page (not sitewide links) to sites that closely match my niche; custom anchor&title text; high SEO value; non-prominent placement (left section at the bottom; probably)

#my expectation:
non-sitewide hardlink to a page within my site (i choose) with high SEO value (at least PR3, closely matching niche, not a gazillion of outbound links) OR high traffic(if its all tgp-china, dont bother) closely matching my niche

just a general note:
maybe i'm in the wrong business with my ideas .... but i want to link only to sites which have some value to my visitors .... sites that offer some value and an occasional affiliate link .... not the other way around .... what about some sites that sell lingerie or nylons or stuff like that ? ....
