Pay sites and AVS are not permitted unless the login page is clearly the second or third page following free content page(s). The surfers on Bebak's Top List come from free sites and I think it only fair that they are directed to free sites.

As for dead end windows, any code on a page which hijacks the surfers browser, disables the back button or plays any tricks is, to me, a dead end window. I would gladly change this terminology for one that is more understanding, if you have one.
