Create a doorway and signup for linktrades and add those return links on your doorway page. Great way to get targeted traffic.
You can check out my toplists here:
http://www.clickforamateurtraffic.com/traffic.htm and also check the sites listed on each toplist for more link trades.
You might want to use a script - makes it a whole lot easier in the long run.

Then you can buy traffic and send the exit traffic to your trades and/or sponsors.

Dunno what part you didn't understand so here goes:

Doorway = a copy of your index page. I keep my main index clean of popunders and not too many links, and use a copy of my index and rename it (something with keywords) like free-porn-pics.html and add my link trades etc there.

Trading script = there are several out there, but I use autorank pro It's a toplist script which is fully customizable.
