Thanks for the explanation, sometimes i just don't "get" a question. Your question is a difficult one. Most of the time you won't have a blog with all niches, for example a blog with shemales and teens. Most of the time a general blog is targeted around a niche, for example hardcore, teens, softcore and babes. Such blog would fit in category hardcore and "bit of everything".

In most cases it is just a case of thinking a bit, but if you still have doubs then just send me a PM or submit to "bit of everything".

Learn to write blog posts efficiently

In this part of the tutorial we are going to learn how to write blog posts efficiently, so that you spend a little time on writing but still have quality blog posts in the end.

Lets login in gallery2blog, click a rss feed you created. You will see that now all the preview images that will be used in the blog posts have been generated.

Click on the Manage link. Select the item from the combobox "Which column do you want to change?" which has "<-- gallery description" at the end. This will allow you to change the gallery description, which in most cases will be your blog post text.

Now you will have a page with a big table. The Image column contains the Preview image which will be included in your blog post. The Value column contains the gallery description/your blog post text.

Now you will have to add 3 to 5 sentences to the fields in the Value column for every gallery. My advice is to describe the gallery image in the Image column in detail. For example write about what you see on the image, write what the model is doing, write what you would do with the model, write about what the model wears and so on. This writing often gets better over time, the first few galleries will be difficult but you will learn and your writing will become faster.

I will give a example, i have the following gallery image:

This is what i write about this gallery:

Dina is looking great this time. She wears a bright blue skirt and is posing outdoors. I think it's somewhere on the pavement. Trust me a Nubile isn't shy, not even while she is walking outdoors. Take a look at Dina's gallery for the evidence.

As you can see i just write what i see on the image.

Try to find 5 to 10 or more keywords (or combinations) which you will target with your blog. I for example targeted keywords "nubile", "girl dina". As you can see i used them in the blog post text. But don't go overboard only use 1 keyword once or twice per blog post, especially with these small blog post texts.

After you have finished writing your blog posts text press the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

If your blog post list seem to contain some of the same gallery images you can simply check the checkbox in the first column and press the "remove selected" button at the bottom of the page. Or you can shuffle the galleries a bit so that duplicate galleries are not that clear, click the "Shuffle galleries" link for that (top right corner, just above the table)

If you want to change the blog post text, then click the Manage link, select the item that ends with "<-- gallery name" and change the subjects like you did with the descriptions/blog posts. Don't forget to Save your changes.

Please note that this all seem to be a lot of work you have to keep in mind that when you have finished 30 blog posts you will have content for a blog for over 2 or 3 months. Cause with these quality blog posts you will only have to add blog posts with a interval of 2 to 3 days and when your blog gets older even larger intervals.

In addition you can use the same blog posts a couple times on different blogs, cause google content duplication filter won't work when you for example have the same blog posts on 4 different blogs. Handy!

That is it for today, tomorrow i will explain the blog post template which specifies how your blog post will look on your blog. After that it is finally the time to post your blog post to the blog.

Twan you rock!! I saw this thread a few days ago when you started and have just now gotten a chance to go over it.

I started from the very beginning and have gotten all the way through setting up the RSS feed in less than 1 hour.

Once my images generate I'll pick back up and follow along again with writing the post text. But, I want to thank you for doing this! I've always wanted to try out Gallery2Blog, but as with all new software programs figured it would be too hard for a newbie like myself. This has been very simple so far, and you have walked us through it impeccably!

The blog post template
We have written a couple blog posts in the previous part of this tutorial now it is time to get dirty with the blog post template. The blog post template specifies how your blog post will look like when posted to your blog.

Try logging in at gallery2blog, choose a rss feed, click Templates link. The default blog post template looks like:

[col_3]

As you can see there are several tags in there. A tag is something like:
[atag]. A tag is replaced by the system with more useful information. For example the [img] tag is replaced by the url of the gallery preview image and [col_2] is replaced by the value of the second column.

You can see which column contains what values by clicking at Import and scrolling a bit down. There you will see a big table. When you for example use [col_3] in the blog post template it will be replaced with the value you see in column 3 of this big table.

You can any html you like in the blog post template even javascript or flash if you feel need to do that. Click the links above the blog post template field for examples.

If you want to add a link to every blog post that for example points to a pay site you can use this blog post template:

The importance of writing extra sentences
In a previous part of this tutorial ( http://www.netpond.com/showpost.php?...4&postcount=47 ) i explained how to write blog posts the efficient way.

I recently saw a couple blogs submitted that used gallery2blog but had only the gallery description and preview image as blog posts. Of course these are still blogs and if you have traffic you can push your traffic to them, but these kind of blogs with such small descriptions will likely not get much search engine traffic.

If you want to be successful you have to add a couple sentences to the blog post. Cause that is the only way to get good search engine traffic.

Remember: if you do little you will get little.

Translated to this case: if you write no or little extra text for the blog post you will get little search engine traffic and you will get little $.

Writing those extra sentences might seem like a boring task, but try reserving 1 evening a week and spend this evening writing blog posts. You will see that the efforts you put into it will bring in $.

The next part of this tutorial will be about how to post the blog posts to your blog.
