I just finished submitting the URL to the Search Engines.

Now I'll start on the new template and add content.

I want to finish up this tutorial very fast and I am happy to those of you have followed this thread and have taken a benefit from it.
If you make 1 sale for $30 in 12 months you have achieved success in parking an adult domain with a little bit of work.
Build and forget...
Monitor the domain commisions, traffic, etc... keyword search results.. your typos..improove on them.... One sale has paid the registration, and leaves you time to build on your reviewed results to add pages.
With that you can build upon what you learned from your monthly statistics... keyword phrases, etc..
Meantime, you have attained traffic, you have statistics to show a future buyer, and also you have improved the property all around for possible future development or sales potential.

Atention to detail is important...

I think you leave it blank because robots.txt tells the Search Engine spiders what links/pages NOT to follow/look at?

A blank robots.txt file tells the SE that it can have complete access to all the pages.
