Chameleon TGP Submitter - Galleries Tips and Tricks
I've seen a lot of people being inspired by threads like the one _LB_ made (http://www.netpond.com/tutorials/394...-tutorial.html) that proved how relatively easy it was to promote and make profitable a site in a month using only chameleon submitter and common HTML/Image Manipulation (for the thumbnails and such) knowledge.
Unfortunately, I've also seen people getting discouraged after learning HTML, how to make thumbnails and how to play around with affiliates system so that once they get into Chameleon Submitter they feel like it's just another barrier and give up. Most of them don't realize that they are so close to the goal it's almost stupid when you look back at it afterwards. So in this tutorial I'm going to go over how to create galleries that are going to work easily with Chameleon Submitter. I am also going to cover a few points where people often make little mistakes that can cost them a few (or many) submissions to TPGs. It's going to be aimed mostly at HG (Hosted Galleries) submissions but I'm assuming that MHG (Movie Hosted Galleries) follow the same standards. If not, I'm sure someone will pin point the differences and slap my wrist for assuming that it's the same. Well, first thing first, you must be asking yourself what is Chameleon Submitter and why exactly do I need it? Chameleon Submitter is a software designed to make your submissions to TGPs kind of sites easier, because most of them operate under the same kind of software (most of the time) and there are literally thousands of TGP sites covering all kind of niches, so finding all of them would be a hard task. What I also like about CS (tired of typing the whole name, so I will refer to it as CS from now on), is that it tries to follow every TGP's rules. Like if you were on a spree and suddenly decided that it was a good idea to submit 10 teen galleries in one session (which is not a good idea, as you will see later on) CS will eliminate the TGPs that don't allow multiple submissions. It will also remove sites like TheHun.com that only allow you to submit every 3-4 days (so you will only see it in 3 or 4 days after your submission). This basically eliminates most of the pain and makes it harder for you to be blacklisted without even knowing why. It is also to be noted that CS does multiple updates each week that updates the rules/recips/sites, which is always nice. Now, do I think you really need it otherwise you're doomed as an Adult worker? Not really. I've been working my way out for the past two years not really being interested by it, it just seemed really confusing and since my galleries are generated automatically it seemed like a pain in the ass to work with. But since I've taken the time, a few months ago, to sit down and see how it could help me I found that it was a tool that, while it's not essential if you don't have the spare money, really makes it easier to guaranty a few extra sales per month and makes it easy to try new niches without finding plugs or trades, it's basically "free" traffic (well 24.95$/month traffic). Now, moving on to the biggest part of the tutorial; the common mistakes that people (including I) make when first submitting galleries using the software. First, when opening the program don't just pick the broadest niches. "Teens" isn't enough and won't cut it. You will submit to TPGs that are most likely not accurate for your type of content and you will end up giving up because most of them will refuse you or take forever to accept you. This also brings me to an important note. Please, I beg you, don't do like most of the newcomers and try to sell oversaturated niches, Glamour Babes/Babes/Teens in general don't sale as much as targeted niches (Pregnant, Pantyhose, Gay, Tranny, Chubby Teen/Mature, Butts, Gaping...). I know you wanted to get in porn because of all the babes and cuties but believe me, by choosing targeted niches, you will solve the first common mistake, and you will have more keywords/categories to enter. You now have "Chubby" , "Teen" , "Non-Nude" (or) "Pussy"/Small Tits, ... etc you see the point. Second, don't go advertising more than 5 different sponsors at first. Subscribing to 100 sponsors makes it only harder to keep on since it takes forever to get your first checks. Be happy with 5 sponsors that have 5 sales each @ 14.95 (average 75$) than 100 sponsors who barely have a sale each of 14.95$ since you will most likely never see those checks from the 100 different sponsors before awhile and will most likely be disappointed about it and just give up then start thinking about going back in when you get a few checks a few months later when it's already too late and just feels like a beginning all over again. Third, here are the "don't" of what not to do when building a gallery aimed for CS, these should be automatic after awhile:
And here are the "Do"s
Fourth, when selecting a thumbnail, make sure it blatantly show the niche it's related to. Let's say you went with feet, don't go cropping the girl's face, this is not what the surfers or the TGP admin will be looking forward to see. Select a nice thumbnail that shows plenty of the girl's feet and make sure it's correctly cropped on all the thumbnail sizes. And finally, the last point, update before generating the list of sites to submit too, there's nothing more frustrating than getting rejected because you don't respect the new rules that are in place. Also, I would strongly advice to have 5 threads running for automatic submission and use 2 windows for manual submission (it's just great when you have dual screens). I think this covered most of the "advanced" CS tutorial concerning the gallery submission. If there's anything I missed, please point it out. Also, if you have any questions related to what I said because something was unclear or simply too complicated, please fire away. Now, this is the part where I do my plug. If you feel like Chameleon Submitter is something that looks like what you need and you found my tutorial helpful, I would more than appreciate it if you could sign up under me. Here's the address with my affiliate ID and here is the address without. Thanks! P.S: If there is some interest in making a much more basic tutorial I'll go write one which should cover the basics of using the application. I would also love to go more in details with different Chameleon applications like Partnership and such if people felt the need for me to write some tutorials over it. |

for a new user of the software only a couple of thoughts..1) do not use dark colors for the background. Some recips are are black and they will not show up..2) I highly recommend purchasing confirmer. I just got mine running after a small glitch in the account configuring. It will literally save you hours..confirming emails is a pain and a time consuming process. Its well worth the one time fee of 30.00.

It is Great
Great Tutorial,
I have one question though, I recently tried jumping on the cham. tgp wagon but had no success. I created some pretty high quality galleries that we're very specific in unsaturated niches.Infact I thought for sure I would see a sale or two depending on the traffic I got. After I submitted my galleries...only 2, I got all the approval emails yady yady yady... it submitted my galleries to 260+ sites each...Unfortunately out of the submissions I got a lousy 3-5 people going through to the sponsors. Is this normal, or am I suppose to download a list? Ne info would be appreciated |

Just wanted to add a thought:
You are telling everybody not to use Javascript and not have more than 6 outgoing links. Well, I use javascript for tracking the gallery traffic. My best listed galleries have javascript and 8+ outgoing links. These galleries made their way even to the big adult search engines. I omit TGPs having too strict rules. Places where you can just submit 6 links without javascript (and banning third party statcounters takes the cake) and maybe a maximum thumbsize of 8 kb are a waste of time. Cold shoulder them! Have a great day, Bernd __________________
