No url's - he means he searches for that each time, so like for:
"add a link" ringtones
he finds a lot of sites where you can add your ringtone link. I found this method to be really usefull.

Idea to write article about something and add a link to your site at the end, then submit that article everywhere where you can is the best thing I think.

I never thought about going to the Google directory and searching by kw to scope out sites high in PR for your targeted keyphrase (handy way to find sites to trade links with!)
