I thought I'll start following this thread earlier but I just started now and I'm doing it slowly as I never had anything mainstream. So I'll do only mainstream blog(s) now to see how things work and to get into adsense. I'm still bit confused about traffic (no TGPs and linklists to submit to

) but I hope I'll figure it out after I finish basic structure of my blog(s).

May we know more about downloadfreegamesblog and how's it doing? I mean how much traffic does it get and from where and what's CTR like and how much approximately

it made so far? I know it's your blog Thomas but I thought you might wanna tell us those things as you gave it as example in this project.

I noted especially on the cooking one you are not posting that often. Is this intentional and is it effective?

Also, are you hand posting to these or using a b&p program to post to them?

Interseting observation, booman (nice to see you over here, BTW).

Thomas I know you had posted a while back that daily posting seemed to be helping you at Goog. Are you just opting out of the extra Goog effort on these and relying on your other traffic streams or have you seen some change in your previous observations?

I know that i see no apreciable difference in traffic to most of my blogs with posting spreads as wide as thirty days, though on a couple where iv'e trid posting 45 and 60 wide I see serious degredation, BUT then too, I'm the self admitted worst Goog guy on the planet. Only time I ever did well on Goog was pure accident and i couldn't replicate it.

No those really were built for this thread and I have been so busy with all I have going on is the reason I have not been posting to them that often. I just added them to my regular list though so starting tonite they will get posted to on a regular basis as the Cooking one is getting a lot of search engine traffic and traffic from Google Base and other sources. I feed mainstream Blogs with traffic out of Google Base , Craigs List , and my mainstream Yahoo Groups. If you own some content you can post to Google Base you can obtain some really good traffic from there. It only takes a very short time for items posted to Google Base to show up in the top 1-10 at Google and as you can now include a url in your Google Base post you can direct traffic in a big way.
I have some search words and phrases at Google Base where I am getting 200-700 hits from Google Daily. Google is hard to figure out. Very hard but if you get where you can get on that front page at Google you have Gold.

Your Own Surfer Forum

Ok everyone keeps starting a surfer forum only to have it set there empty with no one coming to it.

You must have sites you can feed traffic from in order to get a Surfer Forum going.

And you must give them some free content to get them there and keep them there.

You must have sticky content to get them to the Surfer Forum and to keep them coming back to the forum.

One really great place to get a free forum from is Rapid Forums

I have many there and some of them are several years old.

Be sure when you sign up that you put your forum in the Erotic Section.
This is very important.

And you have the option of making them ad free.

It has content and we are using text links to send it some surfers. As the days go by we will start to send it more and more traffic.

If you have clean sites with no pop ups or active X feel free to add them to
the Porn Link Dump Section

You know two of the main things that will keep them coming back over and over to this surfer forum are Erotic Stories and The Free Full XXX Movie Of The Day

If you have a Blog or Blogs put your Forum in a I-Frame at the bottom of your Blog.

If you have other sites put text links in good places on your sites leading to your Surfer Forum.

I know some people will say not to use Free Forum Hosting but as long as you are sure to put your rapid forum in the erotic section you will never have a problem and you can grow it to any size you want. I have some as old as 3 yrs and 11 months and never a problem. never. Just be sure to put your forum in the erotic section.

I have read this thread over and over and i am using some of your tips those are great btw, but what i am missing here is making $$ true e-mail collection can be done in porn but certainly in mainstream.

I have some e-mail collections projects running now and i have to say that that is the best traffic you can have and sale to, i am still in the learning curve here but i am seeing nice results on AdSense and Ebook selling

I am working on a project of my own for later in the summer for mainstream with email collection using ghost stories and things along that line.

And you are very right about selling to people on mailing lists you build. The trust is there and if they stay members of your lists you get to hit them over and over with your ads. It has been proven in studies including my own that a person on the average has to see your email ads 7 times before they will buy from you.

And Harry I am about to get into the real making $$$$ part of it. I have been trying so far to give ideals and show how to get traffic. There is a ton of traffic out there yet for anyone that will go out there and get it and in this thread I give out all the secrets of how to get it.

As you can see Day 3 is going to be our busiest day yet. I said I would get it to 3000 uniques a day in a week to 10 days but I might just get there today on day 3.

Well i am very intrested in the mainstream stuff cus atm i am making more then the porn thing if you count the hours i have worked on mainstrean and on porn, i see a better ROI in mainstream

And if this keeps on like this maybe i quit adult all together, i am just not sure yet and i dont want to trow out my old shoe's befor i have new one so i will keep my eye on this thread

Yes I am doing well with adsense on mainstream sites to. In fact I am planning a big push in that direction. Not ever going to give up on adult but I like what I am seeing $$$ wise and I don't feel like I have to work as hard for it.
