Well no you dont have to work as hard for it as with porn to get some nice returns and i feel i have more freedome and more options to get my traffic and to get Adsense revenue

The big plus point is that visitors dont have to pay anything and you can still make money when they click on your ads

Let say that 1 blog is doing $1- a day in adsense and you build a 100 like that with feeds and stuff you put in your self and sticky content you get more visitors and bookmarkers

And when you have done a site or a blog it is always there making you some money true adsense or affilates

Google Base

Ok I saw a little blurb about this earlier in the week and I have been meaning to post something about it.

If you don't know Google started Google Base in November of 2005.

Google Base is a place where you can post all types of content
and have it show up on Google

If you have Blogs such as Celebrity Blogs you can add a review about your Blog to Google Base and in just a few weeks your Blogs Review will show up in searches at Google. Don't try it with hardcore Blogs but Celebrity or Dating Blogs stay in the Google Base and rank well in searches.

They also have a review section where you can do the same thing.

If You Are Doing Mainstream Blogs

Google Base can be a gold mine of traffic for you. Especially if you own some content that you can post to Google Base. I have collected family recipes for years and I am using them to push traffic to my Recipe and Cooking Blogs and the traffic is great.

When you click that the two Google Base Items on page 1 are mine. I have over 4000 1 ,2 or 3 word phrases where I have 1 or more items on page 1 for that search term. The traffic is simply amazing.

And anyone else can do the same thing. Don't overlook Google Base if you are working with something that will work with it.

Another Big Overlooked Traffic Source Is CraigsList

Now here you will have to do some research and make sure you are posting in the right section but again with softcore Blogs , Celebrities , Dating , and Mainstream Blogs you can get great traffic.

You want to post a well written article about your site in the Announcement Section or in their discussion forums in the section that matches your site. You want to write a 1-2 paragraph review that does not come across as spammy if that makes since. I do it all the time and get great traffic from Craigs List and you can to. But remember its very important to post in the right section with a well written article with 1 or 2 links at the most. Try it and I think you will be pleasantly surprised at the results. But don't try it with hardcore sites as they will simply remove your review.

No serious i am building little mini courses about everything and anything true email collection and i am getting traffic true SE and blogs and i am researching buying mainstream traffic

Thomas - Thanks for all the advice you have been posting here on the forums.

I was going to post this in your Yahoo Groups thread, but I can't find it. I took your advice and did a sort of trial mailing to Yahoo Groups for my celebrity blog The Daily Starlet. Wow! I am very impressed. It really does work! I had quite a substantial increase in traffic and I only mailed to 8 groups. Like I said, it was a trial.

Anyway, I will be implementing more of your tips into my websites. For the past few weeks, I have been quite discouraged, but I am redoubling my efforts thanks to all your great posts. And I will do my best to repay the community here with anything I learn.

You also discovered a secret JackSwift Yahoo Traffic loves Celebrity Sites and you will do well with Yahoo with Celebrities. I always have. Glad it worked for you

The most burning question I have (and it is one that I've been pondering on for months now), is how you manage to create/find content for your large number of MAINSTREAM blogs. Sure, free articles is a possibility, and so are games, but the free article sites that I have created so far don't seem to be search engine magnets, especially if the content consists purely of free articles.

So the question I have for you is whether you write and reuse a lot of content, whether you pay others to create content for you, whether you really mostly use free articles, or whether there are some other ways of quickly generating content that you would be willing to share with us.

I do reuse a lot of content by changing it around and adding to it. You almost have to. But I do use a ton of the free articles available out there. There are programs available to create content but I don't use them because they pull content from other peoples sites. A lot of what I do is build and forget with a lot of little one page sites just for the search engines. Those work well to.

Well what some people have done is find a good friend in the states or Canada and use their mailing address as yours at some of the sites that won't accept your country. Just be sure it is some one you can trust.

Some of it I write or pay to have written but the larger part of it is articles from various article sites around the net.

I am currently looking for a source for Ghost Stories in case any one runs across a site offering them.
